West Bengal (W.B) B.D.O Income Certificate Online Apply & Download through E-District Official Website - www.edistrict.wb.gov.in. The Candidate for E-District is the project that aims at electronics delivery of identified high volume citizen centric services, at district and sub district level by utilizing the four pillars of infrastructure namely, SDCs, SWANs, SSDGs, Kiosks and CSCs, optimally to deliver public services electronically to citizens at their door steps. Income Certificate provided to the government and testifying their annual income. This certificate the expected annual income of citizen for all legal and official purpose. This certificate helps to establish economic status of the applicant thereby marking him / her eligible for various government welfare schemes and programs etc. as the case may be. The system is intended for electrification of the Income Certificate process. Scope of the system mainly includes Registration, Approval, Certificate Generation and Report Generation Process. they System also allows status for the application submitted and maintaining Electronics Register. Approval of the application will be done at concerned District. Certificate will be generated either from CSCs, Kiosk Centre or SDO / BDO office. Eligible and Interested Candidate are given below.

West Bengal E-District:
E-District has been envisaged by Government of West Bengal as automation of workflow and internal processes of District Administration for providing services to the citizens. This project os of paramount importance to the State as it would help in moving towards electronic workflow system for the district administration and help in providing efficient individual department services through Common Service Centres (CSCs) and Kiosk Centres, which would be the primary front end channels as envisaged in the project.

Domicile certificate is certification provided to the citizen by the government confirming and testifying their of domicile.

The System is intended for electrification of the Domicile Certificate process. scope of the system mainly includes Registration, Approval, Certificate Generation and Report Generation process. The System also allows status inquiry for the application submitted and maintaining Electronic Register. 

Approval of the application will be done at SDO / DM office of concerned District. Certificate will be generated either from CSCs, Kiosk centre or SDO / BDO Office.

Fill up the Application & Upload Data. (Photograph, Signature in jpg format).
Verification, Application should be submitted by clicking Submit button. Incomplete Application shall get rejected.
After that, Candidate are required to obtain the print-out of Computerized System Generated Application Form.
